Who operates Site Operations
Site Operations is a private website administration tool maintained by its operator. For questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact herlindare.iter851@gmail.com. This policy covers this public information website and the connected Google API workflows.
Information used by the tool
When an authorized operator connects a Google account, the tool processes OAuth access and refresh tokens, the connected account identifier, website and domain identifiers, Search Console property permissions and verification status, and ownership verification tokens. Where performance reporting is enabled, it processes Search Console data such as clicks, impressions, queries, pages, countries and device categories. Operational logs may contain property identifiers, timestamps and API error information. Google account passwords are not requested or stored by the tool.
Why Google access is requested
The Google Search Console permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters) allows the tool to add and manage authorized properties and retrieve property information and reporting data. The Google Site Verification permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/siteverification) allows it to obtain verification tokens and confirm or manage website ownership. These permissions can be broader than an individual task; the tool uses them only for the connected website administration workflows authorized by the operator. Connecting an account does not authorize actions on websites you do not own or manage.
Use and sharing
Data is used to perform authorized property setup, domain verification, status checks, reporting and troubleshooting. Google receives the API requests necessary to provide those functions. Infrastructure providers process data as needed to host and operate the service. Cloudflare hosts this public website and may process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata for delivery and security. Google API data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Human access is limited to authorized operation, consented support, security investigations and legal obligations, consistent with Google's policies.
Storage and retention
Connection credentials and operational data are held in the operator-controlled backend, separately from this public website. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and API connections use HTTPS. Data is retained while needed for the authorized workflows, troubleshooting or applicable legal obligations. To disconnect an account and request deletion of stored credentials and related data, email the operator. Any necessary retention exceptions will be explained when the request is handled. Revoking Google access stops future authorized API access but does not itself delete previously stored data or remove domain verification records.
Your choices
You can review or revoke the connection at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. You can also contact the operator to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify that you control the connected account before acting on a request. Do not email passwords or access tokens.
This website
The public pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts or a Google sign-in form. We do not set our own tracking cookies. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information. Emailing the contact address shares the information you choose to include with the operator and the email providers involved.

Site Operations' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
